Hello! I’m Scott Williams, and I keep the Treasure Valley’s commercial kitchens running at peak performance.

As a Marine veteran and the owner-operator of Gasket Guy, I specialize in providing top-tier, custom commercial refrigeration gaskets for local restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, and executive chefs. I take the stress out of health inspections and rising energy costs by ensuring your equipment seals perfectly every single time.

When I’m not measuring and installing gaskets, you can usually find me in my garage. My absolute passion is building and driving old, custom cars. Whether I am tuning a classic engine or fabricating a custom vehicle component, I am obsessed with precision, craftsmanship, and making things run exactly the way they should. I bring that exact same dedication to every kitchen and storefront I service across Idaho.
